Ty noticed that the customer did not have internet service with his company and found out that the customer was interested in finding the best deal for Internet service. His counterpart in Sales presented the offering to the potential buyer and closed the sale in just 3 hours!

This particular client in the waste and recycling collection industry uses Gopher to find new customers as well as opportunities to upgrade service level at existing customers (upsell and/or cross-sell). J, one of their hard-working truck drivers, was out servicing clients on his route early one morning when he came across a great service upgrade opportunity. J saw the client’s bins that were overflowing and thought the client could appreciate a service upgrade. He submitted this lead at 5:00 AM in the morning, the lead was acted on and closed by the end of the week!

 

 

 

3. “6 yd twice a week, is getting quotes. He is expecting a call”

Some leads are just a perfect match! This one came through at a smashing cocktail party. An executive “Gopher” on the lead referral network at a waste collections company, met a prospect at an event. He took a quick picture of the prospect’s business card at the event and sent it to the Sales team immediately through the Gopher Leads platform. Sales made the call and sealed the deal.
