As a Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the company’s various technology products. You will work closely with product owners to prioritize specifications and make recommendations on new and emerging technology as well be a part of the entire development cycle of our software.

Full Stack Developers will be working on multiple components: API, database design, data-access, caching, business logic, front-end and back-end implementation. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging agile software engineering methodologies and design patterns while working independently and collaboratively with the rest of the development team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2-5+ years experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Javascript, Python, Java, Scala, Go, etc using modern frameworks such as RoR, Django, Node.js, etc
– Database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis, Neo4j, Cassandra, PostgreSQL
– Skilled at designing and writing beautiful, scalable and efficient code
– Work well in project teams and make teammates better
– Ability to learn quickly and find solutions
– Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

NICE TO HAVE:
– Experience with test-driven development
– High degree of familiarity with UNIX systems and command line tools
– Experience using, building, and maintaining web APIs
– Experience authoring and publishing your own RubyGems
